We believe that the market will continue to reward investments made in profitable companies with strong revenue growth regardless of specific industry. In specific, most of our companies meet these criteria:

• Financial, retail, Debt Collection, Media, technology, software and internet-related businesses
• Seeking investments from $100,000 to $500,000
• Presence in The United States
• All stages of development

We avoid investments in industries that require a significant outlay of capital such as telecommunications, optical networks, semi-conductors, and hardware.

Please do not send an entire business plan at this time. Please include extensive biographical information for the key personnel in your company as well as information about your market and your competitive differentiation.
