To Our Worldwide Readers:
 
Last week as we were in Mexico, we received a phone call from a representative of the Playa Del Sol Chain of hotels, George Triggs, a Low Level  Manager within the property. This article is a capture of that call between Robert Paisola, the CEO and President of Western Capital and Mr. Triggs.  The review that we will be talking about is printed in it's entirety below. 
 
ALL MEDIA INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS MATTER OR REQUEST FOR A PERSONAL INTERVIEW SHOULD BE E-Emailed to Robert.media@mycollector.com
 
He stated that it was his opinion that our confidential review of the property should have been presented to him and his staff PRIOR to the posting of the review in order to let the property Remedy the damage that has been done to this author by the abuse and neglect of the Playa Del Sol and its employees.
 
He was also concerned because we utilized the services of the wonderful staff at the Marriott in Puerto Vallarta, that we avoided dealing with his property directly.  The Senior executives of the Marriott spoke to a Senior Sales Manager named KIRBY (see below)  who treated the employees of the Marriott in a very unprofessional manner as well as this writer.
 
We explained that current and former employees have been contacting our offices and he attempted to explain that "former employees are self serving"
 
He also was clear that the fact that we presented our corporate training video at the Mayan Palace Hotel, appeared to him as a conflict of interest and "self serving".  To this we disagree.
 
We explained that we were concerned about the thousands of other Americans who were mistreated in this same way, and he said that was impossible, as they have a 24 hour customer service turnaround time
 
Further, he stated that "We have a GREAT relationship with all with all of the legal organization here in Puerto Vallarta"  AND All of the government organizations in PV.  And he stated that the government officials in Puerto Vallarta are aware of the complaints against the properties and they also know that the Playa Del Sol Organization "Takes care of these kinds of things"
 
He agreed that there was nothing wrong with providing you, our readers with a list of the qualifications (See Below) and the prices.
 
His biggest issue was that Western Capital featured individual employees on our review sites and "That is not fair to them"
 
"This problem could have been solved well before you decided to do all of the (SIC) International News Media sort of thing"
 
We again asked him if he spoke to RORY, the associate who helped us from Texas. "NO" He said. not.  We asked him if he spoke to the Sales Manager KIRBY, who was involved..."NO" He Said.
 
He further said "I want to know what your motivation was behind this?  Was it to help the public? because the Playa Del Sol that you are describing in your review IS NOT the Playa Del Sol that We are"  Hmmmm
 
Playa del sol is not the kind of organization...that you describe.
 
We then said " If We were to tell you that current and former employees of your company have talked to us and sent us emails from YOUR PROPERTY, would that surprise you?"
 
He stated that FORMER EMPLOYEES ARE HIGH TURNOVER IN SALES. HE SAID THAT FORMER EMPLOYEES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAY YOU WERE TREATED BY MY HOTEL, AND TO GO WORLDWIDE FOR SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED HERE DOESN'T FIX ANYTHING"
 
We then explained that KIRBY slammed the phone down on this writer and the managers at the Marriott. We suggested that he speak to KIRBY once again and he said "I am NOT GOING TO USE MY TIME TO SPEAK TO KIRBY" because....
 
It was YOUR choice to try to go this route (providing the worldwide media of this incident) , and that is a poor choice" because IF you were mistreated, we would really have tried to work with you to make you a happy person.
 
He continued "THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT PLAYA DEL SOL - IT'S ABOUT PUERTO VALLARTA"
 
"AND THIS IS A PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR NOT ONLY ME, BUT FOR THE MAYAN PALACE , WHO HAVE A LOT OF EMPLOYEES, AND A LOT OF OTHER PROPERTIES WHO SELL TIMESHARES.
 
"ALTHOUGH YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TARGETING THE PLAYA DEL SOL, YOU ARE TARGETING THE WHOLE MARKET."
 
",MAYAN PALACE IS A BIG PLAYER IN THIS TOWN AND YOUR REVIEW HAS "BUNCHED  US ALL TOGETHER"
 
"AND IN ALL ACTUALITY, THE MAYAN PALACE AND US WORK TOGETHER"
 
Speaking for the entire industry in Mexico, he continued "WE see what you are doing as attacking Puerto Vallarta, not just Playa Del Sol"
 
And the purpose of my call is to be DIPLOMATIC about this whole thing" (The Truth Hurts)
 
I have been told and realize that MY CEO (Ken Molinaro) of this company has been in contact with your staff and he is not going to "TAKE THIS (REVIEW LIGHTLY)" and he FEELS LIKE YOUR COMPANY HAS SLANDERED HIM AND HE IS GOING TO TAKE "THAT KIND OF ACTION" (SOUNDS THREATENING TO THIS AUTHOR) because the things in your review are grossly exaggerated  (Notice he did not say false!) and he also accused us of being 'self serving'
 
So we again asked him how all this was possible if he did not even talk to his employees?  No Answer...
 
We wonder what Antonio Moreno (The President) will have to say about this conversation....
 
Note that the gentleman from the property who we are talking with represented himself as the "person who does the verifications"  and he has not even taken the time to research this matter.  We wonder what Ken Molinaro will say when he reads this!
 
We then asked him AGAIN "WHY WILL YOU NOT TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES WHO WERE INVOLVED"   HE REPLIED " Fro one thing, I have known those employees for many years and I have seen them work under great pressure...and I KNOW the particular person you talked about in your review, NINA BAUTISTA, the travel agent from hell"  "She is THE SWEETEST PERSON YOU COULD EVER MEET (Ask Rory about that when you visit PV) "I  never once in all of the years that Nina has worked for me, have had a complaint against her (Ask Rory about that when you visit PV)
 
We AGAIN asked him to speak to RORY and he said "Rory is a fairly new employee with us (That does not discredit him) and I do not know Rory that well, and I appreciate the fact that your review had something GOOD TO SAY ABOUT RORY, but however, you know, KIRBY HAS BEEN WITH US FOR MANY MANY YEARS"
 
BUT you need to understand that as I read your whole story, that you reacted publicly and to me it looked like you were promoting the Western Capital Trainings (We do not need to promo to our timeshare trainings, we have so many clients around the globe that we can not handle all of the bookings!) And that is GOING TO BE OUR POSITION IN THE WHOLE THING.  YOU KNOW,  I AM CALLING YOU TO SAY "IM WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU, IF THIS COMES OFF THE INTERNET TODAY"
 
The call concluded with his request for a face to face ( he said eyeball to eyeball) meeting and by the end of the conversation we had essentially agreed to disagree. He further said twice that he refused to "run scared" because we put this stuff on the internet"
 
(We guess that is one way to describe a worldwide press release)
 
The next thing he stated was that anyone could go to www.tripadvisor.com (A VERY POWERFUL WEBSITE IN THIS MARKET) and write anything they wanted.

He kept saying that his company the Playa Del Sol Organization, wanted to FIX the problems, and he stated that " I will start talking about that when your company takes some action to REMOVE THESE THINGS FROM THE INTERNET.
 
"Your company is the one who did the 'sideswipe to us' without any notice, without any written notice saying this is what we are going to do"
 
(Can you say FREEDOM OF THE PRESS?)
 
"You did not give us a chance at all.. you even had The Marriott contact us!"
 
"ALSO , I AM THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON TO TALK TO HERE" and YOUR REVIEW IS DOING MUCH MORE DAMAGE TO ME THAN WHAT KIRBY COULD BE DOING"
 
"You have taken a timeshare organization  that takes their customer service and follow up very seriously AND YOU HAVE PICKED ON THE WRONG PEOPLE. (Will they kill our staff if we keep this review live for the American Public?) ... This is getting scary!
 
"Your review says bad things about people who are not bad people"
 
We then invited Mr. Triggs to issue a formal reply to our posting and he refused saying "I just want the (sic) thing off the internet"  and  "I do not want to go into a PUBLIC WAR, but me (sic) putting up a written statement ' is like putting a rebuttal on the back page of the newspaper" "That doesn't do any good at all"..... "I am not going to turn this into a media war with you!" " I  am not in the media business and I do not care about a media war with your company.  I sell quality timeshare memberships to the public and I service my membership base very well"
 
Oh, one more thing he said... "YOU HAVE NO PROOF, THIS IS A FABRICATED STORY!"  THAT Statement and all of your letters and voicemails are all the proof we need!  Not to mention all of the recorded statements with current and former employees!
 
At the conclusion, we essentially agreed to disagree.  There was no resolution. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of the night for fear of our lives and the last thing that was said was that they would "consider" paying for another vacation FOR ONE PERSON- Not the 4 who were effected- Oh, "and we would prefer that you not stay at our resort"
 
So now, to you, our International Readers , we realize our obligation to you, and based upon all of your feedback, we are again, presenting our full review on the Playa Del Sol Resort.

We wanted to take a quick moment to let you, our readers know that we have been receiving all of your emails and stories regarding our review that was published on the Playa Del Sol Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and on the International Press Wires.

To the Employees of this Resort; we hear your cries and pain as you tell us story after story of what you have seen.  We want you to know that your confidentiality is assured and anything that you say to us is protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. 

To those who fear of retaliation due to the comments that they have made to our investigators, you do not need to worry.  We have worked diligently with the local officials to ensure your safety.

The bottom line is that Puerto Vallarta is a National Treasure to the citizens of Mexico and tourism is the primary venue for business. That is why it is essential that you, our worldwide readers know the truth, so you can make the best decision for you and your family as you Vacation in Mexico.

To Our Readers and Listeners around the World:

Visiting Puerto Vallarta, Mexico can be the most incredible experience of anybody's life. With the pristine beaches, the fantastic culture and the local traditions, Puerto Vallarta is rapidly becoming one of the busiest tourist destinations in Latin America.

However there is one property in particular that we feel that the world wide audience that we have must be warned about.  That property is owned and operated by The Playa Del Sol Chain of Resorts in Mexico. (322) 29-3-24-52-3 and 29-3-47-54

The property at The Playa del Sol Grand looks nice on the surface. The rooms are well decorated, but really small.  The resort is also small with not lots to do or eat. The food at the resort is sometimes cold and pricey. When we got up to leave the "Free Breakfast" that we were promised as part of our timeshare presentation and our salesman asked us to pay the VOLUNTARY TIP, however all that we had were hundred dollar bills, and they refused to give us change in American Money, so our salesman, GERRY,  turned to the waiter and said "Lo Sciento" which means SORRY IN SPANISH!  This was the beginning of the end.

And the most important thing to know about this resort is that it is out in the middle of nowhere, and that is the good news!

Now here comes the part that will leave you speechless.  We were invited to attend a timeshare presentation that was supposed to last for "no more than 90 minutes". We were promised that if we spent the time looking at the property, that we would be compensated in merchandise and services that were valued at over three hundred US Dollars. 

We were also guaranteed that they would pick us up at our beautiful hotel, The Casa Magna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort, which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Now, back to the hotel from Hell, the Playa Del Sol Grand.

We were picked up at our hotel one hour late in a taxi that had no air conditioning, and we ended up driving around in circles looking for a friend of the gentleman who invited us.  Apparently the actual individual who asked us to visit the property was not licensed, so he had to have us sign up under his buddy who was approved to ask us to join in the timeshare celebration.

Finally, We ended up at the resort, The Playa del Sol Grand and we were greeted by three ladies who looked as if they lived in a grass shack.  They looked at our invitation like it was a formal federal document and said "I can not believe that they gave you this" (referring to the "free gifts that were incentives for us to visit the property.

Then, we met our salesman, Gerry, who stated he was from Canada and had lived in town for "years". He took us to the "free" breakfast, where he told us that "Nothing is Free"  ( Refer to the tip comment) We should have taken the hint right there and left.

After the breakfast, we took a short tour of the property and could not believe how small the rooms were.  With sincere desire, we asked to see the suites, as the rooms were not big enough for our dog, let alone a family. 

Needless to say, we never saw the suite.... Does one even exist?  We will never find out!

GERRY THE SALESMAN

Next we entered the "Boiler Room" where we met the all mighty master closer KIRBY.  (Who, by the way, is the person who basically told us that he would not pay us a dime for our taxi fare to return to the Marriott- "Because it was not in the paperwork- Which we have removed from this website as a courtesy to our friends at Wal-Mart- Whom have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS!) He came over, spent three minutes reviewing the paperwork that contained the demographical information that we provided and left in a flash.  He was the same person who had to approve us to take the tour, as we were told that "The resort prefers to deal with people who have purchased time share in the past" and that their product "was revolutionary, in that they were selling "fractional ownership" opportunities.

Once we were told that we qualified ( WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT NO MEXICANS ARE ALLOWED  TO TAKE THIS TOUR REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY QUALIFY (See List Below) , NOR CAN THEY SELL THE SELL THE PRODUCT!)

Now, lets dig a little deeper to see what it takes to QUALIFY to take a tour of the Playa Del Sol Grand. It just so happens that we have a copy of the qualification list, just for our readers!

(The front of the Invitation was removed, as the original is not available for publication. This was done due to a request by another salesman whom we dealt with who is extremely gracious to our office for removing the front of the invitation.  His invitation was added to show that the Salesman at Wal-Mart had integrity and kept each and every promise he made to us. He was in NO WAY involved with this event.)

CAN YOU SAY ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION?

Hey, Look What We Have Here!  Here is the Price List! How Much Did YOU Pay?

SIX MONTHS OWNERSHIP 249,999

FOUR MONTHS OWNERSHIP 179,999

TWO MONTHS OWNERSHIP 99,999

ONE MONTH OWNERSHIP 57,999

Now here is the best part of the story, we were promised that if we would attend the presentation that we would receive round trip transportation from the Marriott Resort where we were staying (Which again is fabulous) and the Playa Del Sol Grand Resort which is in a completely different state in Mexico!

We ended up finishing the tour after being sold by 5 SALESPEOPLE (See Closing Team Above). The last lady said that there was no reason to really buy timeshare or fractional ownership, because she was representing ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED HOLIDAY SYSTEMS which is located at www.holidaysystems.com and www.vacationweeks.com  .  They were mad that we wrote the domain name down, as they clearly stated that  "They were the only ones who could sell this product" and "If we were interested in it, why didn't we buy it right then?  The final offer on this product was $2,000 USD"? We still were not interested.

Now comes the horrid part of this story....

We were then shuffled to a small hut that served as a travel agency. This is where we encountered the TRAVEL AGENT FROM HELL, MINA BAUTISTA (Pictured Above).  Mina Bautista is perhaps the most incompetent travel agent in the world.  She was RUDE, CONDESCENDING and MEAN. She demanded that the visitors that saw what we were going though (All of the other Americans that had similar problems, that came to assist us, LEAVE, as they were not welcome and we were told OVER AND OVER that "this was her job".

Well, the fact that we are very clear on the business of timeshare and travel and tourism, we were completely speechless, as this woman treated us like the worst piece of garbage that you could imagine.

We then had an argument with her on whether we could get what we were promised.  She did all that she could to make us give up, so that we would just leave and forget about the promises that were made to us for attending the "presentation"  This HAS to be against the law.  Can you say LIE?

There is ONE GOOD POINT TO THIS WHOLE ORDEAL. We met an African American Salesman named Rory, who was from Texas, (If you know his last name, please email us at investigations@cnnlegal.com ) because he is the only staff member who came to our rescue, he is the only one that knew how to deal with the TRAVEL AGENT FROM HELL.  She even tried to kick him out also!

The final straw was when we were told to get into a cab and return to the sanctuary of life that we have come to know as The  CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort.

So we said our goodbyes, gave a high five to RORY, and left in a taxi driven by Fernando (Fernando The Taxi Driver is Pictured Below!).

Once we got back to the Marriott, Fernando, the driver of the taxi ran out of the car and demanded that we pay him the cost of the fare to return to the hotel! We explained that we were told that the Playa del Sol Grand would pay him as agreed! We figured it was a mere misunderstanding, No Luck... Another Lie!

We immediately went to the concierge desk at the Marriott and spoke to Denis and a whole cadre of Senior Marriott Employees that were there to rescue us from this terrorizing experience.  Every single manager and executive on duty asked if there was anything that they could do.  Not one person at the Marriott said anything but calming words as we tried to now resolve this issue.  They called the Playa del Sol Grand over and over and tried to find out who would be paying for the return fare, as the driver was standing there and refused to leave (A security guard from the Marriott had to be called to calm him down)

Finally we told the Marriott that we were not worried about the taxi fare from a monetary standpoint, but we wondered out loud how many other victims this happens to each year at this Hell Hole of A Property The Playa Del Sol. And how many people get scammed each year like this?

Well you know Western Capital, and when we smell fraud, we report it to the world, on our worldwide platform, the media.

Even when the Marriott offered to pay the fare, we refused to have the property take the loss, and decided that we has no other option than to tell our story using the power of the media that we command.  For we know that this forum  is much more powerful than an American Sales Manager named KIRBY who REFUSED TO HONOR HIS AGREEMENT WITH US. My friends around the globe, the bottom line is that YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER STAY AT THE PLAYA DEL SOL RESORTS.  YOU SHOULD NEVER EVER BELIEVE WHAT A SALESMAN FROM THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU AND ALL AMERICANS SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS HOTEL CHAINS PROPERTIES.

WHEN YOU ARE IN PUERTO VALLARTA, Call the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and ask for our good friend Dennis, the Manager. He will make sure that you get not only what you pay for, but MUCH MUCH MORE!

A veces uno debe tomar un soporte en vida, y el tratar del Paaya Del Sol Resorts en Puerta Vallarta, México iguala un SCAM ABSOLUTO, una revisión de Roberto Paisola, CEO y presidente del grupo capital occidental de compañías y del recorrido de TrumpWorldwide.

Puerto que visita Vallarta, México puede ser la experiencia más increíble cualquiera vida. Con las playas prístinas, la cultura fantástica y las tradiciones locales, IS-IS rápidamente el convertirse de Puerto Vallarta de las destinaciones turísticas más ocupadas de América latina.

Al menos hay una característica particularmente que nos sentimos que las audiencias mundiales que tenemos debe ser advertido alrededor.  Que la característica es poseída y funcionada por el Playa Del Sol Chain de recursos en México. (322) 29-3-24-52-3 y 29-3-47-54

La característica en el Playa del Sol Grande parece agradable en la superficie. Los cuartos se adornan bien, pero realmente pequeño.  El recurso es también pequeño con no las porciones hacer o comer. El alimento en el recurso es a veces frío y pricey. ¡Cuando nos levantamos para dejar el “desayuno libre” que nuestro vendedor nos preguntó que para pagar al TIP VOLUNTARIO, no obstante todas que teníamos eran cientos cuentas de dólar, y rechazaron dar nos el cambio en dinero americano, así que a nuestro vendedor Gerry, dado vuelta al camarero y “Sciento bajo dicho” cuál significa APESADUMBRADO EN ESPAÑOL!  Éste era el principio del extremo.

¡Y la cosa más importante a saber sobre este recurso es que está hacia fuera en el medio de ninguna parte, y ésa es las buenas noticias!

Ahora aquí viene la pieza que saldrá de usted sin habla.  A nos invitaron que atendiéramos a una presentación del tiempo compartido que fue supuesto dura por “no más de 90 minutos”. Nos prometieron que si pasáramos el tiempo que miraba la característica de Playa Del Sol, eso nosotros sería compensada en la mercancía y los servicios valorados en sobre trescientos dólares de los E.E.U.U.  ¡También fuimos garantizados que nos tomarían en nuestro hotel hermoso, el recurso de Marriott Puerto Vallarta del Magna del Casa, que RECOMENDAMOS ALTAMENTE, en un taxi y nos volvemos cuando nuestro viaje minucioso 90 encima!

Ahora, de nuevo al hotel del infierno, el Playa Del Sol Grand.

Para arriba nos escogieron inicialmente en nuestro hotel una hora de atrasado y terminamos encima de conducir alrededor en los círculos que buscaban a un amigo del caballero que nos invitó.  Al parecer el individuo real que nos preguntó visitar la característica no fue licenciado y él vendían comparten el tiempo a la derecha en la playa de Marriott, así que él tuvo que hacer firmemos para arriba debajo de su compinche de la pesca que fue aprobado formalmente “nos invita” a que ensamblemos en la celebración de la revisión del tiempo compartido.

Una vez que termináramos para arriba en el recurso, tres señoras saludó el Playa del Sol Grande y nosotros que vivieron en un shack de la hierba.  Miraban nuestra invitación impresa como era un documento federal formal y dicho “no puedo creer que le dieron esto”

Entonces satisficimos a nuestro vendedor, Gerry, que indicó que él era de Canadá y que había vivido en la ciudad por “años”. Él nos llevó al desayuno “libre”, donde él nos dijo que que “nada esté libre” (refiera al comentario de la extremidad) que debemos haber tomado la indirecta.

Después del desayuno, llevamos un viaje corto de la característica su consternación y no podríamos creer cómo es pequeño eran los cuartos.  ¡Pienso que subió el snob de la palabra!  Con deseo sincero, pedimos ver las habitaciones en la característica, como los cuartos que nos demostraron no éramos bastante grandes para nuestro perro, aún menos una familia llena. 

Innecesario decir, nunca vimos la habitación…. ¿Uno incluso existe?  ¡Descubriremos!

GERRY EL VENDEDOR

Incorporamos después el “cuarto de la caldera” donde satisficimos a todo el KIRBY más cercano principal poderoso (él es el encargado más cercano que se cerró de golpe abajo del teléfono en nuestro concierge en el Mariott.  Él vino encima, pasado tres minutos que repasaban el papeleo que contuvo la información demográfica que proporcionamos e izquierdo en un flash.  Él era la misma persona que tuvo que aprobarnos para tomar el viaje, como Gerry dijo “el recurso prefiere tratar de la gente que ha comprado comparte el tiempo en el pasado” y que su producto “era revolucionario, en que vendían “oportunidades de la propiedad fraccionaria”.  Su mercado de blanco era golfistas de los Estados Unidos y miembros de los clubs de país.  ¡Pertenecemos a siete!

Una vez que nos dijeran que calificamos (también nos dijeron que NO SE PERMITE A NINGÚN MEXICANO TOMAR ESTE VIAJE SIN IMPORTAR SI CALIFICAN SEGÚN LAS REGLAS ENUMERADAS ABAJO, NI PUEDE LA VENTA LOCAL del MEXICANO LA VENTA SU PRODUCTO)

Ahora, deja mirada en lo que toma PARA CALIFICAR para tomar un viaje del Playa Del Sol Grand y el resto del Playa Del Sol Properties. ¡Hey, apenas sucede tan que tenemos una copia de la lista de la calificación, apenas para nuestros lectores! ¡Las gracias especiales van a un empleado maravilloso en el Playa del Sol Resort que nos envió esto!

¿PUEDE USTED DECIR LA DISCRIMINACIÓN ILEGAL?

¡Hey, aquí está la lista de precios! (Elogios de nuestros amigos)

¡Ahora aquí está la mejor parte de la historia, nos prometieron que si atendiéramos a la presentación que recibiríamos alrededor del transporte del viaje del recurso de Marriott donde permanecíamos (cuál es otra vez fabuloso) al recurso y a la parte posteriora de Playa Del Sol Grand, que está en un estado totalmente diverso en México! ¡Y conjetura qué, él nos dejó TRENZADOS EN OTRO ESTADO EN MÉXICO SIN UN PASEO TODA LA ADENTRO VIOLACIÓN DE LO QUE DIJO EL VENDEDOR!

Terminamos encima de acabar el viaje después de ser echado por 5 VENDEDORES (véase a equipo de cierre arriba). La señora pasada dijo que comparte el tiempo no había razón realmente de comprar o propiedad fraccionaria, porque ella representaba a OTRA COMPAÑÍA LLAMADA HOLIDAY SYSTEMS que está situado en www.holidaysystems.com y www.vacationweeks.com.  ¿_ ser enojado que nosotros escribir Domain Name abajo, como “ser único uno quien poder vender este producto” y “si nosotros ser interesado en él, por qué no nosotros comprar”?

 

Entonces fuimos mezclados a una choza pequeña que sirvió como el agencyfor oficial del recorrido este recurso mega, notamos el monitor anticuado). Aquí es donde encontramos el AGENTE del RECORRIDO DEL INFIERNO, SU NOMBRE ES MINA BAUTISTA(representado arriba).  El Mina es quizás el agente más incompetente del recorrido del mundo.  Ella era GROSERA, el CONDESCENDING y MEDIO. Ella exigió que los visitantes que vieron a lo que íbamos sin embargo eso vinieran asistirnos, SE VA, pues él no era agradable y éste era su trabajo.

Entonces teníamos una discusión encendido si podríamos recibir lo que el vendedor nos prometimos.  ¡Ella adamantly rechazó!  ¡Puede usted decir SCAM TOTAL!

No hasta que satisficimos a vendedor americano africano nombrado Rory, que era de Tejas, que vino a nuestro rescate, nos sentimos aceptables sobre ser en presencia de MINA BAUTISTA el agente del recorrido del infierno ..... ¡Y ELLA LO GOLPEÓ CON EL PIE HACIA FUERA TAMBIÉN! ¡Él era EMPLEADO ALLÍ!

La paja final era cuando Mina BAUTISTA nos dijimos para conseguir en un taxi y para volver al santuario de la vida que hemos venido saber como el recurso de CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta.

Hicimos apenas eso, y nos dichos nuestros goodbyes; dio cinco altos a RORY, e izquierdo en un taxi conducido por Fernando (representan a Fernando el conductor malo del taxi abajo!).

 

¡Una vez que consiguiéramos de nuevo al Marriott, el conductor del taxi, Fernando, funcionó del coche y exigió que le pagamos el coste del precio a la vuelta al hotel! ¡Hasta el final de otro estado! Ésa era la paja final. (ARRIBA)

Fuimos inmediatamente al escritorio del concierge en el Marriott y al rayo a Denis y a un cuadro entero de los empleados de Marriott que estaban allí rescatarnos de esta experiencia terrorizing.  ¡Llamaron en varias ocasiones a Playa del Sol Grand e intentaron descubrir quién estaría pagando el precio de vuelta, pues el conductor estaba parado allí que era indignado que él podría cuidar menos sobre nuestra experiencia! (El protector de seguridad de A Ricardo nombrado del Marriott tuvo que ser llamado para calmarlo abajo)

Finalmente dijimos a Marriott que no fuéramos preocupados del precio del taxi de un punto de vista monetario, sino que nos preguntábamos hacia fuera ruidosamente cuántos suceden otras víctimas esto a cada año en este agujero del infierno de una característica el Playa Del Sol.

¡Aun cuando el Marriott ofreció pagar el precio, rechazamos, y decidíamos que la energía de los medios es mucho más de gran alcance que un encargado de ventas nombrado KIRBY que RECHAZÓ HONRAR SU ACUERDO CON LOS E.E.U.U.Y COLGADO PARA ARRIBA EN LOS E.E.U.U.!

Mis amigos, el fondo son que USTED DEBE PERMANECER NUNCA SIEMPRE EN EL PLAYA DEL SOL RESORTS.  USTED DEBE CREER NUNCA SIEMPRE QUE LO QUE LE DICE UN VENDEDOR EL WHO REPRESENTA ESTA CARACTERÍSTICA Y TODOS LOS AMERICANOS DEBEN BOICOTEAR ESTE HOTEL.

CUANDO USTED ESTÁ EN PUERTO VALLARTA, llame el recurso de CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta y pida nuestro buen amigo Dennis, el encargado. ¡Él se cerciorará de que usted consiga no sólo lo que usted paga, solamente MUCHO MUCHO MÁS!

Mi esposa y yo fuimos allí a considerar propiedad. Cuando no dijimos “ninguna gracias” un encargado por el nombre de Israel vino a la tabla. Él básicamente me llamó demasiado estúpido entender la oferta e indeciso. Cuando estaba parada mi tierra él me acusa del deseo comprar a él porque él era mexicano. Él finalmente me deseó al stike él así que él podría atacarme y colocar esta edición.
Esto fue hecha todo delante de un miembro del personal de las ventas.
Era realmente surreal.

No compramos….

Fuimos al Playa del Sol en diciembre de 2005. La característica parece agradable en la superficie. Los cuartos se adornan bien, pero realmente pequeño. Teníamos un problema con las hormigas y el olor de cigarrillos en el cuarto, a que el personal no podría realmente ayudar. Nos dieron el freshner del aire que no hizo nada. Y consiguieron librados de las hormigas solamente para una fracción del día.

El recurso es también pequeño con no las porciones hacer o comer. El alimento en el recurso es a veces frío y pricey. Aunque la presentación del alimento es agradable en el buffet, es realmente limitado. Incluso no tenían cristales y como buscamos obviamente para uno, nadie ofrecieron. No incomode con servicio de habitación. Para un recurso vacío, seguro tomó una eternidad. Me caí dormido esperando mi alimento. Cuando llegó el alimento deseaba que nunca vino. Primero estaba ya dormido y habría podido ahorrar mi dinero y en segundo lugar no estaba digno de despertar a.

Realmente no buscábamos un recurso apretado, pero encontrado le ser un pedacito extraño que era estación máxima en el picovoltio y nadie estaba allí…

Teníamos un tratamiento del masaje y era ruidoso porque los vendedores del tiempo compartido caminan con los vestíbulos, demostrar a sus compradores potenciales el balneario.

Aunque sabíamos que no deseamos un tiempo compartido en el Playa (debido a carecer de amenidades y de servicio) fuimos a comparar lo que ofrecieron, pues estábamos interesados en comprar un tiempo compartido en México. Los vendedores son de alta presión. Porque decidíamos no comprar, era torpe ver a los vendedores en el restaurante cada mañana. Aun cuando no dicho, ellos continuaríamos ofreciendo. Era difícil tener un rato agradable allí, pero no hay realmente lugar a ir a comer.

Si usted realmente desea comprar un tiempo compartido allí entonces que usted está muy bien, pero intenta cancelar y usted terminará para arriba con muchos de la angustia. Vimos que un par que intentaba cancelar y el personal eran resistentes a dejarlos y un miembro del personal fue a funcionar después de ellos cuando se fueron. Eso era extraño. Y eso incluso tomó nuestra decisión para no comprar definitivo.

No recomiendo verdad el permanecer en el Playa. Tengo que decirme no compraría un tiempo compartido allí tampoco. Después de hacer la matemáticas de $13000 para un un dormitorio + los honorarios del mantenimiento y los honorarios de la calidad de miembro, es mucho más barato encontrar repartos en cinco recursos verdaderos de la calidad de la estrella que permaneciendo aquí. Y dicen las mismas mentiras sobre alquilarse su comparten el tiempo para el beneficio y no consolidarán obviamente su dinero.

My wife and I went there to consider ownership. When we said "no thanks" a manager by the name of Israel came to the table. He basically called me too stupid to understand the offer and indecisive. When I stood my ground he accused me of not wanting to buy from him because he was Mexican. He finally wanted me to stike him so he could attack me and settle this issue.
This was all done in front of a sales staff member.
It was really surreal.

We did not purchase....

We went to the Playa del Sol in December 2005. The property looks nice on the surface. The rooms are well decorated, but really small. We had a problem with ants and the smell of cigarettes in the room, which the staff couldn't really help. They gave us air freshner that did nothing. And they got rid of the ants only for a fraction of the day.

The resort is also small with not lots to do or eat. The food at the resort is sometimes cold and pricey. Although the presentation of food is nice at the buffet, it is really limited. They didn't even have glasses and as we obviously searched for one, no one offered. Don't bother with room service. For an empty resort, it sure took an eternity. I fell asleep waiting for my food. When the food arrived I wished it never came. First I was already asleep and I could've saved my money and secondly it wasn't worth waking up to.

We really weren't looking for a crowded resort, but found it to be a bit strange that it was peak season in PV and nobody was there...

We had a massage treatment and it was noisy because the timeshare salespeople walk through the hallways, to show their potential buyers the spa.

Although we knew we didn't want a timeshare at the Playa (because of the lacking of amenities and service) we went to compare what they offered, as we were interested in buying a timeshare in Mexico. The salespeople are high pressure. Because we decided not to buy, it was awkward to see the salespeople at the restaurant every morning. Even though we said no, they would continue to offer. It was difficult to have a pleasant time there, but there is really no place else to go to eat.

If you really want to buy a timeshare there then you're fine, but try to cancel and you'll end up with a lot of heartache. We saw a couple trying to cancel and the staff was resistent to letting them and a staff member went running after them when they left. That was weird. And that even made our decision to not buy definitive.

I truly do not recommend staying at the Playa. I do have to say I wouldn't buy a timeshare there either. After doing the math of $13000 for a one bedroom + maintenance fees and membership fees, it is much cheaper to find deals in real five star quality resorts than staying here. And they tell the same lies about renting your timeshare for profit and obviously won't refund your money.
