clients hired an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia named Shannon S.
Collier. After Suntrust Bank Listened to these tapes, They
transferred this case to the Suntrust Bank Executive Services
Unit. We received two letters from Joan S. Tucker, the
Executive Vice President of Suntrust. Now, here is the fun
part,
the letters that were sent were BACKDATED! How do we know,
because the account was paid in full in March 2007
and in the letters you will read, you will notice that the
letter of June 22, Shows the account was paid in full in
March 2007, however The letter of June 22, states "ONCE
WE RECEIVE PAYMENT IN FULL, WE WILL UPDATE THE ACCOUNT
INFORMATION"
