Rates and Fees...
on the first $100,000 collected
on all amounts collected in excess of $100,000
the event use of an attorney is deemed essential to collect your
account, a standard flat fee of fifty percent (50%) will be applied.
All fees and costs are reimbursed from the client out of first moneys
When merchandise is recovered in lieu of cash payment, Western
Capital's fees are charged based on one-half the normal value of the
recovered merchandise. Should Western Capital discover that the account
was paid prior to placement, a 10% finder's fee will be charged to
cover the costs of collection.
Accounts withdrawn after placement will be subject to the regular
rate schedule. Western Capital reserves the right to retain as compensation
for its costs and expenses all lawful sums collected over and above
the principal amount of each claim.
Secondary accounts are accepted at 10% over the normal commercial
rates. All other conditions apply.
Consumer Account Rates and Fees...
Based Domestic Rate Schedule
The following rates apply to
accounts placed, assuming accounts are less than 12 months old from
the date of invoice or date of last payment. The rate is based on
the dollar value of each account placed.

If the average age is less than 90
days since the date of last payment or date of last charge, a discount
may apply to those firms placing in excess of $50,000 per month. Please
call your representative for details.
An additional volume discount will be applied in cases where the
clients' total monthly placement exceeds the following:
off if monthly placement exceeds $250,000
off if monthly placement exceeds $500,000
off if monthly placement exceeds $1,000,000 or more
All Consumer accounts are charged a legal rate of 50% regardless of
age or balance. All costs are reimbursed out of first monies recovered.
Older Accounts, Special Handling
Secondary accounts, accounts over 12 months old, or accounts requiring
special processing are collected at a rate of 50%.
